If the trademark is not yet used in USA,
it is necessary to prepare this Statement of Intend to
Use. If the trademark is currently used in the USA in
business activities, this fee can be eliminated.
(The fees consists of preparing the statement of Intend
to Use, obtaining execution and filing statement with
Patent and Trademark Office)
如商标尚未在美国使用，那就必须准备一份将会使用哪个商标的声明。如商标已在美国使用，费用便可免除。
Note: Before getting the certificate,
three specimens or photo of the marks on goods (for
goods mark ) or on ads literature (for service mark)
should be submitted together with first used date in any
where and in interstate or international commerce within
half year time. The date can be the same.
备注：在拿到证书之前，必须提交3张照片的样本（有关产品的商标）或广告文章样本（有关服务商标）并连同在任何地方半年内的第一次商业使用证明。
